Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident in your EHPlabs fashion; if your fit isn't perfect, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
